This site was created and is operated by the ALMA consortium. The ALMA consortium is engaged in a three-year project to develop a novel battery electric vehicle structure for a passenger car that will be more energy efficient (e.g. 45% structural weight reduction thereby less energy usage) and sustainable (e.g. use of ‘made to be recycled’ materials at the vehicle’s end of life stages and facilitation of repairs during active use).  

This project has received funding from the EU H2020 funding program for innovation under Grant Agreement No. 101006675
